cannot format sql statement

I am using sql server 2008 r2 and have sql prompt5 installed. format sql (crtl+K, ctrl+Y) is disabled from the menu. I clicked on the "new query" in the sql server management studio, wrote down some queries, format sql still disabled.
I see this message at the bottom of my management studio.
The key combination (ctrl+K, ctrl+Y) is bound to command (RedGate.SqlPrompt.SSMSUI.LayoutSQL) which is not currently available.
how should I enable it?

The "format sql" feature in SQL Prompt is part of the "Pro" version of SQL Prompt. In the SQL Prompt menu, you will notice a ribbon next to it, which is used to denote our Pro features.
To get this feature, you will need to upgrade to the Pro version. Please see the following feature matrix:
