Hello,

I am currently evaluating the SQL Test plugin and am running into a timeout issue when executing a long running test. If I use the tSQLt Run procedure directly I do not receive a timeout, however if I click and run the test through the SQL Test tool, I do.

Is there a way to adjust the timeout for the tool?

Thanks for your post. Unfortunately I'm not aware of any kind of configuration that would affect this - is it a generic timeout message or is there more detail than that?

  • Hi James,

Unfortunately, it is simply a generic timeout message. I receive it after the tests run for 25 minutes. I will have a co-worker validate that they are receiving the message and let you know the result.

    Thanks!

Is there still no way to extend the connection timeout via the SQL Test plugin?
