Using SQL Compare with SSMS 2012

I had SSMS 2008r2 and SQL Compare 10 on my system and then installed SSMS 2012 when it was officially released.
I never got an option to export my deployment scripts to SSMS 2012, just SSMS 2005 (non installed, so it's not an active choice) and SSMS 2008.
Here is a link to a screenshot of my application options chosen
I tried to use the "custom program" to call SSMS 2012 directly, but that didn't seem to work.
Also I've tried to uninstall SQL Compare and install it fresh with SSMS 2012 on the system and that didn't seem to work.
I would love to remove SSMS 2008r2. SQL Compare is the only thing that keeps opening it up![/url]

I'll pester the developers about it to make sure they've not forgotten.
