Hello,

My name is Brian Donahue, and I am a support engineer with Red Gate
Software. Usually, you will get an automation error when some of the .dll
files are missing or registered incorrectly. Check that you have installed
SQL client-side tools. If you have them installed, try re-registering SQL
DMO by typing 'regsvr32 sqldmo.dll'.

I hope this helps you.
