Your table aliases are stored in "<systemroot>:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Local\Red Gate\SQL Prompt 5\RedGate_SqlPrompt_Engine_EngineOptions.xml" along with a number of other options - you could just copy that XML file across, but that will also duplicate most of the options you've got set up in SQL Prompt.
If you want, you could just copy across the value for <userdefinedaliases> in the XML, but that's quite fiddly - in short, while you can do it by messing around with config files, there's no easy way to export them automatically from within the tool. Sorry!
