I'm trying to upgrade from v9 to v10. But the installer keeps doing a side-by-side installation. Hence the v10 is only in trail mode. What should I do to do an upgrade?
If you are licensed to use v10, the serial number for v9 should work in v10 if you run through the activation process. You can find the license number by visiting Help/About.
