This should be fixed in the latest release of SQL Prompt, 5.2.0.5, which you can download from the Red Gate website or get by using SQL Prompt's 'Check For Updates' feature.
Did you by any chance click 'ignore' for the release candidate update notification? It turned out that the 5.2.0.5 build was good, so we decided to use that as the full release version, rather than creating another identical build with an updated version number.
