In the GUI I have a server whos icon never stops spinning

The databases are displayed and after some time the graph section will display but the Activity History never displays anything. I can see stuff on the In Progress tab. I am using 6.5 and the sql server has sql 2005.

I have removing the server from the GUI and adding it back but it didn't help. Same results running the GUI on my laptop and on the server.

I deleted 1000s of log files from C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Red Gate\SQL Backup\Log\(local) and that didn't help.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your question, I'm sorry you're having some trouble with SQL Backup.

Are you connecting to this particular server over a network? If so it may be an issue with your network.

I have the same problem when I run the GUI on the server.

I'm still have the problem after changing it to remove the history over 80 days. something must be blocking in the redgate file.
