SQL Compare not finding User-defined type script file

Hi, I have a user-defined table script file sitting in the path:

Create Scripts\Types\User-defined Data Types\fileName.sql

SQL Compare is not seeing this file and notes it as missing from the script files. My SQL compare script file creation settings have the User Defiled Type path as:

Types\User-defined Data Types

Is there some reason I'm not thinking of that SQL Compare doesn't find this file?

(running sql compare v 9.0.0.79 on win 7 Enterprise 64-bit)
