Feature Request: Snippet Manager Tokened replacement

I think it would be a great feature for the Snippets to be able to process tokens with a prompt on usage. For example, I could add the text of ##TOKEN1## as the token text, reference that string as a token, and upon using the snippet it prompt me for the value I want in place of ##TOKEN1##. This would be useful as I have a custom snippet for a stored procedure template and it would be nice to not have to search/replace after I use the snippet in order to name it properly.
