Cannot use SQL Prompt 5

I just got the serialno for SQL Prompt 5 which had expired test period, so i bought it. Serialno is accepted, but at least all features are still disabled!
i already did a reinstall of toolbelt, restarted workstation and so on - but it did not resolve the problem.

And crazy - when I deactivate the Serialnumber - it works! Until i close and reeopen SSMS...
