How to remove sql prompt 5

I have purchased the RED Gate SQL COmpare utility and I also tried the sql prompt plug in as well as sql refactor. Since I have installed those my Sql Enterprise Manager has been running very slow... queries that should return instant take minutes sometimes to return the value.

Even if it is returning one row, it will still take around 30 seconds. It seems to get progressively worse as I use SSMS throughout the day.

I have since uninstalled these two tools but, the menu for these tools still exist. If I click on the menu and then select one of the options I get a message saying The Add-in supporting this command could not be loaded. Do you wish to remove the command?

I have uninstalled SQL Enterprise Manager and reinstalled it and these menus are still there!!!

I want this off of my system. How do I go about this?

I have your compare utility which is awesome, but these I do not want or need.
