Don't know if it is possible, but if it is, it would be great to expose all the perfmon counters in the Analysis section.
Also, while it may be superfluous on some points, (overlapping with perfmon), why not also expose all the counter objects from sys.dm_os_performance_counters?
Finally, if possible give us the ability to save the results to a file, where we can select the location path were the file would be stored (or better, an option to have it stored to a table in SQL on the monitor system).

The developers have been looking into ways to improve the way that SQL Monitor presents the various Analysis metrics. While I think that any major changes are unlikely to be included in the upcoming v2.3 release, I am hopeful that there will be improvements following that. I have made the developers aware of you post, so that they can take it into consideration when working on this area.
Finally, I have raised SRP-4101 for your idea of outputting the results to file.
