Read-only alert screen

Details from an alert can be called by going to this web page and passing the alert ID.
http://servername/Alerts/Details/99999
I'd like to be able to use this web page in a read-only format. Something where the web link would be like:
http://servername/Alerts/Details/99999&ReadOnly=1
What I would envision is the same page would come up but with these revisions.
1. The options on the top line for Overviews, Alerts, Analysis, Configuration, Help, and Log out would be dropped. I want to keep the page on the single alert.
2. The linkes for "configure alert" would be dropped.
3. The buttons for cleared, not cleared, read, not read would be dropped. I'd be inclined to keep the add comments but that too could be dropped.
4. All other tabs would remain so the user could see the Alert history, description, etc.
I'd like the ability to use this in custom reports (with a link to the alert) or custom email alerts. I want the user to be able to see the data but stay on that data and not have the ability to change anything (other than possible add comments).
Thanks,
Sherry

Thanks a lot for your feedback.
Supporting multiple users and permissions is in our plan. We are tracking this as SRP-2028. It will definitely get implemented in one of the future SQL Monitor releases.
