Exception when trying to profile ASP.NET app.

Hello all,

I just installed the most recent version of ANTs Profiler, 2.6, and am running into an exception while trying to profile an ASP.NET application.

The message I am receiving is below:
File or assembly name RedGate.Profiler.Instrumentation, or one of its dependencies, was not found.

Has anyone else run into this?

    Hello Jim,

    We have had this happen once before when upgrading version 2.5 to 2.6. The solution is to simply uninstall 2.5 using the Add/remove programs control panel item and installing version 2.6.

    For our benefit, can you please tell us the operating system and .NET Framework version(s) you have got installed on the computer? We have still been unable to find the root cause for the problem because we have been unable to reproduce it.

    Windows XP SP2
    .NET Framework 1.1

    For what it's worth, after install I did not reboot the machine.
