Problem with SQL Compare 9 Command Line

I have a simple Compare project saved.
I then used the SQL Compare 9 command line and it is telling me: "Error: The selected objects are identical or no objects have been selected in the comparison".

I then tried using the same exact saved project above but with SQL Compare 8 command line and it worked fine.

The project was originally saved in SQL Compare 8.
Can Compare 9 only recognize projects saved originally with Compare 9?

    It looks like it. This appears to be a bug. My SQL Compare 8 projects only sync'd the things that were missing in DB2, where as my SQL Compare 9 ones sync'd everything
