SQL Source Control using WITH ENCRYPTION

Hello,
We have a business requirement to deploy all database code (stored procedures and functions) using the WITH ENCRYPTION command (we don't want clients accessing proprietary logic in the code).
Is it possible to manage this scenario with SQL Source Control? If so, how?
