Internal Error 2753. HBStatusMgr.exe

Hi we are running 5.0.22 on the box, i saw the service is running, but i don't see the program files for hyperbac or virtual restore, and on the add or remove programs, i don't see it there too. i try to reinstall hyperbac, then got the error Internal Error 2753. HBStatusMgr.exe.
