Jub Duration Alert Issues

I am seeing an issue with the "Ignore if the job run time is less than ??? seconds" setting. Is doesn't seem to be working. I set it to 30 seconds and I still receive alerts for jobs that complete in less time than that even though the deviation exceeds the defined threshold. I also have seen alerts for jobs that do not exceed the defined threshold, which I have set to 60%. I just looked at one that had exceeded the threshold by 29%.
