Refresh Suggestions & Format SQL Options in disabled state

Hi,
I've got SQL Prompt 4 installed to my SSMS 2005. Suddenly,SQL Prompt's not showing any suggestions.I checked SQL Prompt Query Analyser,its running. Also,the Refresh Suggestions & Format options are disabled.I've tried reinstalling,but,still its not working.Wat might be the problem.Please,advice.

Looks like some issue with the trial period of SQL Prompt and copy seems to have been expired.

I have dropped you are personalised message to extend the trial.

Kindly let me know whether that fixed the problem or not.

Can yu please suggest me, how can i extend my free trail version.
In my SQL Server 2008 also, Format SqL is disabled.
