Different object showing as identical

Hi,
We know that there is a discrepancy between the comparison results and
the SQL window due to the fact that they use two completely different
methods to compare the object's SQL. Because SQL Compare uses a proprietary
internal formatting to represent the SQL of a database object, and the SQL
Windows use an entirely different method, they often don't match up despite
lots of hard work on our part to get the two comparison methods as close as
possible.
