Service problem with version 6

I have installed and activated both the Performance and Memory profilers, but I'm getting an error when I try to start profiling a progam.
The error says:
Could not start the service, because it is disabled o because it has devices enabled associated with it. (This is a rouge translation from Spanish)
I have completely uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled but still get the same error. I have also made sure that the 2 services are installed and started.
I have sent the errors to Redgate via the error reporting mechanism.
Please advise,
