The cummulative patch from Refactor 1.4 to 1.5 (having installed the latest release 1.3 !!!, how do you mean 1.4??) did fix the problem. The address of the patch is posted somewhere on the forum.

Any help would be appreciated. This is with the Cumulative Patch with the R2 fix listed in the link provided by Anu.
Can you leave the window open till it comes with an error (in the error window it comes up with an option to activate manually)?
And also make sure you are not connected to internet?

How about posting this update someplace where customers can get to it? I've seen a couple of versions available online (through yousendit, rapidshare and the like), but I'd prefer to get this sort of thing from Red Gate directly.
We upload all our patches either on our website or on our forums.
You can download the latest patch for SQL Refactor from here:
http://www.red-gate.com/MessageBoard/vi ... php?t=9960
We never upload our products on yousendit, rapidshare, etc (I won't recommend to download from these websites) so if you need any help regarding our tools kindly post it on our forums as they are administered by us.
Let us know whether you were able to download the patch from the link I specified above.

Yes, I read that. The download link in that thread (ftp://support.red-gate.com/Patches/SQL_ ... _Patch.zip) does not work and appears to have been down since May 2010 - the FTP site is dead. Can we get a working link to it?
