Problem with Outlook add in

Hi,
One of our customers has encountered a problem when upgrading their office environment from 2003 to 2007.
The add in is deployed via GPO and has not been changed since their initial deployment last September. Mail can be accessed when following the link in messages, it's just that the stubs are showing and not the entire message.
I can see that the plug in is disabled but it will now not re-enable - any suggestions for re enabling this?
Version 1.1 ESA Admin console and version 1.1 for Outlook Plug in.
