Install isn't complete, missing start menu entry, no UI exe

I'm running Windows 7 x64. I ran the SQL Toolbelt installer and unchecked everything except for SQL Source Control. I already have all of the Red Gate Developer Bundle products installed and up to date so there was no need to install anything else. The installer seems to successfully finish, however, after it finishes I look in my start menu and there is no entry for SQL Source Control 1. I went into the Program Files and I find that there is a folder for SQL Source Control but there is no UI exe as there is for the other Red Gate products.

SQL Source Control is not a standalone application. Instead it integrates directly into SQL Server Management Studio. if you load SSMS, you should see a new button, and new entries in the Object Explorer context menu.
