FR: show error messages in build tasks

Feature Request: please pass error messages from the SA build process to the VS console. When using the MSBuild tasks for SA it only shows like

error MSB6006: "SmartAssembly.com" exited with code 1.

So I have to run the SA GUI app with the project just to find out whats the error.

That's a really good request. I'm going to do it right now.

We've implemented this and it works. It'll be in the next release of SmartAssembly.
