Install GUI only

Reading the 6.4 documentation, under "Installing and upgrading the graphical user interface (GUI)":

Install the SQL Backup graphical user interface (GUI) on the computer from which you want to run the backups, using the SQL Backup setup program SQL Backup.exe.

How does one do that? When running the SQL Toolbelt installation, I'm not presented with any options regarding SQL Backup, other than install it or not. Is there a separate download I should be using for this purpose?

Hi there,

If you select purely SQL Backup from the Toolbelt installer and select to install, the first thing that will be installed is the GUI only (it is essentially SQLBackup.exe being run as an MSI within the Toolbelt installer).

It is only at the point of adding servers within the SQL Backup GUI that server side components are ticked to be installed by default.
