SQL Prompt 4 disabled

I installed the trial version of SQL Prompt 4. After a couple weeks I then purchased the full SQL Prompt Bundle and immediately installed it. A few days later I received a message that my trial version was expiring. Ever since it expired, SQL Prompt 4 is now disabled. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the entire bundle that I purchased and it still will not activate. Please help. Thank you.
