SQL Syntax Error on Script Generated by Compare

I have a particular stored procedure that is always showing up as a new object when comparing to a scripts folder. The reason is that the script in the folder is always showing a SQL syntax error on the line of the "CREATE PROCEDURE". This happens with the very script that Compare (8.1) generates from the database.
I can even delete the generated script from the folder, re-sync (that procedure shows as new and is output to the folder), refresh the comparison, and the syntax error appears again (with the freshly written script file).
It's always the same script and I'd be happy to send it to support.
