Backing up all user database transaction logs

There seems to be no easy way if you are executing the stored procedure to perform transaction log backups to exclude any databases that are in simple recovery mode except to use the EXCLUDE keyword with a specific list of databases to exclude.

Are there plans to include as a feature in one of the next releases the ability to automatically exclude SIMPLE recovery databases from transaction log backups?
