SUGGESTION: Order inserts on self referencing tables

If the project definition doesn't have disable foreign keys checked (probably because the user executing the script doesn't have permission), SQL Data Compare should order the inserts in order to have referenced rows inserted before referencing rows.

If a circular reference is detected, an warning should be issued and the normal script should be generated.
