SQL Compare 5 - Want to ignore "Not for replication"

In using SC 5, we want to ignore
NOT FOR REPLICATION,
In the various options we tried which included up to turning on all ignore features, we could not get the NOT FOR REPLICATION to not be a factor in our comparison.
Is this a feature in an updated version or is it something we can configure within SC 5?
