Getting different results using command line and gui

Hello,

Using the latest version, I am getting different results from the command line than I do with the gui. Specifically, the command line is missing a newly created table that the gui is picking up. I have both set to exclude users and roles. Removing these exclusions does not cause the command line to pick up the new table while the gui does pick it up.

Do you have any suggestions? Have I stumbled across a legitimate bug?

Thanks!

Can you please reply into this post, with details of the command line syntax you are using to perform the command line comparison?
