Our latest version is 8.0.5.75 so it will not be 8.1 can you kindly check the version?
We had found this problem before and released a patch that should resolve it. However, we have since encountered another scenario with the same error that the patch version doesn't resolve and we are currently working on a fix for that as well. This means that there could be several different reasons for the error, so we are working to make sure we address all of them.
Would you be able to try the patch version, and let me know if it fixes the issue for you or not?
