License Activation

Hi

We just recently purchase SQL Prompt and when I go to activate the License we are getting the following exception, any ideas?

    Thanks for your post and apologies for the inconvenience caused.

    My Colleague Linda emailed you:
    "The licensing guys have asked me to ask you which version of MS XML you have installed on the machine where you are trying to activate SQL Prompt."

    Kindly let us know above details as they will help us to investigate further.
