SSMS menu customizations for SQL Prompt 4 lost

I've set up keyboard shortcuts which I use w/o thinking they're so familiar to me, but after installing SQL Prompt 4, I now have 2 menu items tied to <alt>+S.
No problem, I use Tools->Customize; Rearrange Commands; select the Menubar Toolbar; change &SQL Prompt 4 to SQL Prompt &4, save and I'm back in business. <alt>+S works my shortcut; <alt>+4 opens the SQL Prompt menu.
However, when I close out of SSMS and open it back up - the changes have been lost.
Is there some way to get the SQL Prompt 4 menu item to remember my customization?
I'm using SSMS 10.0.2531. Thanks!

SQL Prompt reinitialises the shortcut, which will hopefully be added to a future version.
