Script times out

I was able to successfully generate a sql script of my database using SQL Packager 6.0. The generated script contains roughly ninety thousand INSERT INTO statements. When I run the script in SQL Server Management Studio, it times out with an error stating that the internal memory has filled up. Can anyone provide me with some information to run this script?
