Option to ignore specific databases

Hi, I have a database that has > 32,000 tables in it (>750 schemas). SQL Prompt 4 causes SSSM to become very sluggish and unresponsive. The only remedy is to disable SQL Prompt. Is there a way to exclude specific databases from SQL Prompt's cache? SQL Prompt 3 used to have these type of options.

I would love this feature as well. I have two servers where I absolutely must turn off SQL Prompt before connecting because its attempts to cache crash not just SQL Prompt but SSMS itself.

To add insult to injury, turning off SQL Prompt once it's started caching does not stop the caching process. It continues to iterate through databases, caching and caching until it crashes.
