As far as I am aware, if you set this option in the GUI and then run the command line version of the tool, you should then see the script generated split into multiple transactions.
There isn't however a way to specify this through the command line at the present time.

It seems that this is not the case. After setting this option I see multiple transactions in the script, if I'm using the GUI. Running from the command line still seems to produce 1 big transaction.
