ASP.Net Web Application On Other Port Throws Exceptions

I'm trying to use ANTS Memory Profiler to monitor a WCF service running on a machine using IIS6. However, since I can't do an IIS reset on this machine, I had to choose the option that has your program use a different port to run.

Doing this, I selected port 8013 and attempted to run my program. However, when the Internet Explorer window opened, the window just reported an error stating:

No protocol binding matches the given address "URL" Protocol bindings are configured at the Site level in IIS or WAS configuration. web.config

Is there anything special I need to do to be able to run my service in this mode?

  • Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I've tried and tried to reproduce this problem but its very elusive. There's nothing special that you need to do to get ANTS to work - its like a digitail camera, you just point and click. Can you send the log to us in support please:
