Still no Variable hint in SQL-Prompt v4.0.3

Hi there,

I just installed the new SQL-Prompt v4.0.3 patch....
most of the problems where removed and it works perfectly except
that I don't get a variable hint after about 200 lines...

So, I guess the bug:
- "SQL prompt does not suggest declared variable in same execution block which 3.9 use to do"
is still not fixed...

This is really an essential function... so I guess I have to go back to 3.9 again...

Even #TempTables are not available after more then 200 rows...
