Low physical memory alert - no SQL process

On one of my monitored servers I am getting the 'low physical memory' alert, but the alert details does not pick up the fact that SQL is consuming most of the memory:

Low memory detected at 27/04/2009 09:10:05
Other processes were using : 7.2 GB
Free Space: 799.7 MB
Total: 8.0 GB

whereas on another server I get a more meaningful breakdown:

Low memory detected at 27/04/2009 09:08:14
SQL Server was using 6.3 GB
Other processes were using : 866.2 MB
Free Space: 902.2 MB
Total: 8.0 GB

Any reason for not detecting the SQL process?

Server with issue : SQL Server 2005 SP2 + GDR July 2008 (version 9.0.3068)

Server without issue : SQL Server 2005 SP3 (version 9.0.4035)

SQL Response v1.2.0.219

Thank you for your post into the forum.

A support case has been opened for this problem and the call reference is F0021783.

How many instances of SQL Server are you running on this machine?
    Which instance are you monitoring?

Can you please send to support@red-gate.com quoting the above call reference (F0021783), a screen shot of the Alert, with the system processes section open and with the sqlservr.exe process visible?

    Many Thanks
