SQL Server Job Fail Alert

Hi, I'm using red gate monitor for my production environment. I am getting alerts from other servers when any job fails but there is one server when any job get fail I don't get alert from red gate monitor. I'm using the same login for all servers and it has sysadmin rights.

Has the job succeeded and then failed recently or is it just continually failing? It may be possible that there was a job failing alert previously that was cleared and the job has just not succeeded since then to end the original alert so that it can be raised anew.
If that isn't the case, what version of SQL Server is the instance this is occurring with and what version of SQL Monitor are you currently using?
