The /scriptfile:<file name> simply creates a deployment script for the user to run later in time. So unsure as to why it would generate "Value cannot be null" error.
If you run your task, are there any warning generated?
Can you please add the /loglevel:Verbose switch to your command line syntax and review the log file generated to see what is causing the "Value cannot be null" error?
