install sql toolbetl always fails at step starting services

My source control stopped working. The RedGate client service failed to start although it was set to start "automatically", when i tried to manually start it, it says something about service started then stopped.
I tried different trouble shooting steps include restarting my pc couple of times, could not resolve the issue. I uninstalled everything and try to install it, it always fail at the starting service step, says "MSI returned failure code installFailure. Service 'Redgate client failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start the system services", which I have. I am an admin to the pc and run as administrator.

Thank you for your forum post.
The Redgate Client creates a log file in this path:
C:\ProgramData\Red Gate\Shared Client\Log\
Can you please review the log file and reply with any entries that indicate an error?

Saw this error in the RedGate.SQLlighthouse.webServer-1.7.5.1116-2018-s-1-5-20.log
The log information you have pasted is from DLM Dashboard. It has no relation with the Redgate Client. To investigate the Redgate Client problem, I need to see the Red Client Log files from
C:\ProgramData\Red Gate\Shared Client\Log\.
Can you please private message me via the forum and attach a copy of the Redgate Client Log files?
