Can not connect to .net 4 process(ANTS Performance profiler 10.1 professional)

in ANTS Performance Profiler
My Web application hosted in IIS 6.1, and I am not able to find the w3wp.exe process in performance profiling tool but able to see the same process in my task manager.  I want to profile the CPU usage and get more insights.

    Hi @sivaB,

    Just to confirm a few things-
    1. Have you clicked the button to "Show processes for all users" that is located just below the list of processes to attach to?
    2. Is the profiler installed on the same machine as the IIS installation where the web app is hosted?  This will need to be on the same machine if not.

    Are you able to have ANTS Performance Profiler launch the process using the "IIS - ASP.NET" option or does it get an error?
