A duplicate definition was found for the table - Migration Scripts!

I am getting the following error when trying to build a release in Jenkins using the DLM tools (Latest update), We use Bitbucket and SQL Source Control for the VC:

A duplicate definition was found for the table '[dbo].[Foo]'.
Ensure that case sensitivity options are set correctly and all object creation
scripts are valid. If the problem persists, contact Redgate support.

I do not have a duplicate as such, but I do have a migration script for the table in question as I want to ensure the column order. Does anyone have a way around this as want to move to a DevOps setup, but this is holding us back massively as without the migration scripts, there is no way we can make the move over.

  • I'm afraid we'll need quite a lot more information to diagnose this problem, some of which you might not want to publish in a public forum. We'll need the full Jenkins build log when the error occurs, and the contents of the scripts folder that you're trying to build a release for. It's probably best if I ask support to create a support ticket for this issue.
