Data Compare for Oracle fails to create any report

Since recent upgrades of this licensed version, it cannot be used anymore no matter how simple the compare is.
After compare is done, create report option shows this popup :
"Index and length must refer to a location within the string.
Parameter name: length"
version 2.6.14.1864

These reports were used with no issues till now.

    Hi Disco88,
Thank you for your forum post.

I am unable to replicate your error.

What type of report are you attempting to create, html or csv?

At what point in the report creation process does this problem occur?

Would you please increase the minimum logging level to verbose, as per the instructions in this help article:
    https://documentation.red-gate.com/display/DCO2/Logging+and+log+files

Repeat the comparison and attempt to create a report. When the error occurs, locate the current log file. Are there any entries that help identify the cause of the problem?
