Notes:
In the SSMS March 2016 Preview Refresh (available from https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt238290.aspx), Microsoft have changed the version of the Visual Studio shell used by SSMS from 2010 to 2015. At the same time as this, they have deprecated support for old-style addins and our plugins will need to be updated for the new shell. This build of SQL Test adds support for the Visual Studio 2015 shell in SSMS.
Please note that this will not work with any earlier preview versions of SSMS 2016.
This preview requires a full valid SQL Test license or an unexpired trial license to function.

- Use new Red Gate Client Licensing
- No need to restart SSMS after activating
- Support for SSMS March Preview Refresh (VS2015 shell)

although it states that "No need to restart SSMS after activating" I can't install it while SSMS is running. I get the SQL Toolbelt Files in use message with no option to go forward until I close SSMS. It worked fine after that though.
