Deploying SQL Maintenance Plans in Packager

Can Packager deploy sql maintenance plans? I'm testing out SQL Packager and SQL Compare for my company and both programs seem to ignore sql maintenance plans. These maintenance plans are as essential as data and schema. Is there a way to deploy sql maintenance plans that I'm just overlooking?
